
By Nuridzine-Misti Hughes-Baros of Pueblo – I don’t really have a recipe. I just fry hamburger add roasted, peeled, diced Pueblo green Chile, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and a little flour. I sliced and fried the potatoes for French fries and topped with shredded colby cheese. It’s an easy dish, but It takes forever to make homemade French fries!
