Mauros Breakfast Burritos
Mauro’s burritos with speciality sauces

It’s fitting that this restaurant, recently sold to Rebekah Mauro and her husband Ted Mauro would eventually feature speciality breakfast items, as these new owners of Taco Casa, create and sells burritos to local convenience stores in Pueblo and throughout the entire nation.

In fact, they have sold over 3 million of their burritos at stores throughout the US!

The couple that now runs Taco Casa in Belmont kept the same old Taco Casa style breakfasts for a time, including the staple Breakfast Burritos with potatoes, eggs and cheese with either bacon, sausage or chorizo, but as of January 26th, they expanded their Pueblo-style Mexican breakfasts to include speciality Enchilada Tejanas, Bean or Beef and Chicharrones, Huevos Rancheros with sides of eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, fried potatoes, beans and tortillas.

Their menu will also soon include American style breakfasts including Biscuits & Gravy, Pancakes French Toast and speciality Pastries.

They serve their family recipe of red and green Chile and a special salsa that is also sold at some local grocery stores, including at Mesa Lagrees in the County.

This power couple also owns T & M Entertainment and are part owners of Classic Q’s, where they served limited bar fare style menu items.

Formerly named Taco Casa with Paul’s Pizza, Mauro’s Kitchen at Taco Casa, with a continually revised breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, is worth a stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Mauro’s Kitchen at Taco Casa is located at 2104 Norwood –
